Frequently asked questions

When will I have my product after I have ordered?

We make most products to order, because almost every product is unique and we give it special attention. We finish the product within a maximum of 7 weeks. The duration of shipping depends on the country you live in and the busyness of customs outside Europe, if applicable.

Can the shipping be shortened?

Yes, it is possible to ship with UPS Priority Mail. This brings an additional cost of about € 15,00. 

Where do your products come from?

Our RD Pads are hand crafted by ourselves, here in The Netherlands (Europe). The RD Drumsticks are made in a little wood factory in The Czech Republic (Europe) in cooperation with Pellwood.
